Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation and Amendment Policy All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, your booking is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold at short notice. Changes to Bookings Requests to amend a booking (including date, time, number of participants, or session type) may be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled session start time, subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours of the session cannot be accommodated. No changes will be permitted after this point. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or credit, at our discretion. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, or failure to attend on the day (including late arrival that prevents participation), will result in no refund and no credit. Late Arrivals and No-Shows Late arrival may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry if it impacts safety or operational requirements. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these circumstances. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power failure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, an alternative date or credit may be offered. Health, Safety and Conduct Participation is subject to compliance with all safety briefings, rules, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking if it is reasonably necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons. In such cases, a refund or alternative date will be offered. Acceptance of Terms By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this Booking Policy in full.
